ICONIC stores are currently operating in United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and will be opening soon in Oman.

What payment methods do you accept?

ICONIC accepts payments made with Visa, Mastercard, gift vouchers or cash - we take most major foreign currencies.

Returns & Refunds

 

At Iconic, we are committed to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we offer an exchange, returns and refund policy where customers can exchange or return the product within 14 days of purchase.

 

What are the terms and conditions of exchange, returns and refund?

Goods returned within 14 days will be exchanged for items of the same value or a credit note, provided; that the goods returned are in their original condition, packaging, tags and in same condition you received it.

 

All goods must be supported by the original payment receipt.

 

Goods can only be returned/ exchanged in the same region of purchase.

 

Refunds, if applicable, will be made in the same method of payment in line with the terms and conditions of your region.

 

Returns/ Exchanges will not be offered on stationary items, lingerie, men’s innerwear, perfumes, toiletries, jewelry or cosmetics.

 

What is the credit note policy?

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Please be careful with your credit note receipt as it cannot be replaced or extended it if it is lost, damaged or expired.

 

Gift Vouchers

 

Can I combine my ICONIC gift vouchers with other offers or specials?

No, ICONIC gift vouchers can only be redeemed on non-sale and non-promotional items.

 

Can I buy an ICONIC voucher as a gift for someone else?

Absolutely! An ICONIC gift voucher makes a great present for friends and family – be sure to read our terms and conditions for full details.

 

Can I top up the gift voucher?

We don’t offer a top up service at the moment, but you can simply buy a new gift voucher instead.

 

How do I redeem my gift voucher?

You can use your ICONIC gift voucher towards full or part payment of regularly priced goods in any of our stores throughout the region. Simply present the voucher at the time of billing and pay the difference if the cost exceeds the voucher’s value.

 

Where can I buy a gift voucher?

You can buy gift vouchers from any ICONIC store.

 

If I don’t use the full value of the gift voucher in one visit, will I get credit for the remainder?

We don’t give credit for partially used gift vouchers. We ask that you use the total value of the voucher in one transaction as any amount remaining can’t be used in a subsequent transaction.
